God gives us vision or insight into His plans for our lives. We often watch that vision turn to dust, at which point we intensely engage God. After awhile the vision is fulfilled (often not quite as we saw it). Along the way, God has drawn us into deeper relationship with him.

I was raised in Nagoya, Japan, went to Christian missionary founded private school from 7th grade on.
My husband, Mike and son JT are my boys.
That is a long, long story but to make it short. God brought me. I came here as a student, volunteered at the office everyday, met Mike at church, got married to be planted here.
It gives me encouragement and fuel to see life changed and restored. Especially in the soil, where it doesn't have much Christian influence. I came here because I know I would be more effective for the mission work in Japan. When I see or hear one by one, the country turns it's direction towards God.
Holy Spirit (small voice or in black and white), my family and church family as God speaks through them to teach me and correct me.
Travels
My travel begins at planning. Researching about the destination is so
much fun. My luggages were packed 2 weeks prior to the travel date. They
were. Having active boys around, that is not the case anymore but I am
learning to relax more and enjoy the whole process.
Hobbies
Take pictures of people and organize them (thanks to digital cameras).
Tasting food.
What you do for fun
Finding time nowadays is a bit difficult but hanging out with my family.
What makes you laugh
My son's comments the most but realizing that it's hereditary, of course
from Mike.
Books
Anything of Frank Peretti. Silence by Endo Shusaku
Music
Casting Crowns, Kirk Franklin, 80's music
Movies
My Dog Skip, While You Were Sleeping
TV
If I ever have a control over my remote, I would pick Food Channel.
